Rental Policies

Rental periods are defined by the reservation mode. Equipment is due back by 10:00 am on the return date. Extra days are prorated.

There are no refunds for early returns or unused days.

Sending a reservation request does not charge your card. The shop confirms the request and final pricing is handled at the counter.

Paperwork is completed before you arrive. Boots are measured and fitted at the shop, skis are sized at the shop and demos are matched to conditions, and bikes are fitted at the shop.

The responsible party signs the rental release. Additional riders receive tokenized signature links and complete their own signatures. Bring identification as requested by the shop.

Bike helmets are included with bike rentals, one per rider. Ski helmets are available at the published rental rate.

Vail Pass shuttles are for full-day bike rentals at Frisco only. Arrive 30 minutes early. Departures are capped at 28 seats. A second same-day trip is $25 per rider. Burley trailers cannot be dropped at the summit.

Normal wear is expected. Damage, loss, late returns and cleaning or replacement costs remain the renter’s responsibility under the signed agreement.

For multi-day e-bike rentals, chargers stay at the shop. Battery swaps are handled during operating hours.

Ski binding settings are reference information only. A technician measures boot sole length and sets and verifies the equipment at the shop.
