Request a Drop-Off Window

Pick a time that works. We'll confirm by text or phone — this books a slot on the bench, not a price.

No need to diagnose it yourself. That's our job.

What happens next

We confirm your window, you drop it off, and a tech looks at it. Then we call you with what it needs and what it costs. Work only starts once you've agreed. If it turns out to be a five-minute fix, we'll often just do it and tell you not to worry about it.

Service Questions

Why won't you tell me the price online?
Standard work is priced right here. If your gear needs something beyond the listed service, we’ll inspect it on the bench and call with a quote before any work starts.
How long will it take?
Depends on the work and the time of year. A wax and edge can be same-day; a full suspension service in July might be a few days. We'll tell you when we call with the quote, not before.
Do I need an appointment?
No — you can always just walk in. Booking a window means you're not waiting behind four other people at the busiest part of the day.
Do you service bikes you didn't sell?
Yes, any make. We work on everything that comes through the door.

Not Sure What It Needs?

That's fine — that's what we're for. Bring it in, or call the shop and describe the noise.
